Isn't the hood different to fit the shape of the lights? It's not practical.

The hood is different and would need to be replaced, and I believe the overall cost of the retro is very expensive and time consuming, especially the bixenons.

I was considering this mod, but it is costly if you want the halogens ones you will pay around $500 for them, also the hood is about $700. Front Bumper around 900 complete with led drl which are different from the w221 used to mod our prefacelifted. So i just settle with the drl mod

You'd need, hood, fenders, lights and bumper. I'm not sure if the radiator support is different also but keep that in consideration.
