I got into engineering menu and saw the Software Update ver. 41.04.00 which I am not sure is the info you are looking for.
However, when I hit "Abort", it didn't abort. The screen kept closing and reopening no matter what I did, and that is the stuck page. I can't play anything else. I have to bring it to dealer in the weekend.

I wouldn't think it's the fuse, as I never had a time the screen does not open. Anyway I opened the fuse box but couldn't fine the misplaced fuse map right away.
Again I have very hard time closing the fuse box lid like the first time a year ago. I am not sure if the lid seated well but feels it was the best I could put it back and aligned it all around. Two latches are so tight as if I was going to break them. I will leave it to dealer.

Hey. I did this to mine the other day This is how I fixed it.
Once it starts the reboot cycle pull back on the comand knob a bunch while clicking cancel. Eventually abort will light up. Press BACK. don't click it. If that doesn't work click it and push back at the same time. It took me about 15 cycles to get it to work. But in the end it did.

No. I tried it quite a few, but not 15 times. I also removed fuse # 26, waited for a few minutes then put it back in, no help either. Will bring it to dealer this Thursay.

Sorry to hear that this happened to ya. Particularly while trying to help someone out. I hope that they resolve it quickly. (I am sure its a really easy fix if you have the update CD handy.)

Not a problem. Dealer just finished re-installing the same software and it's working again. I will pick it up soon, waiting for their shuttle now.
However, service advisor said my camera is an after market so my warranty is voided on that part. I am supposed to pay but dealer will not let me pay for anything. I will be more careful from now on.
