I have no arguement with that.

It will be interesting to hear what Karen decides.

How many Kms do you get out of your rear tires with using all that torque ? Mine were gone after 35,000km, driving lightly.

Hi Carsy,

I have only done 10,000km, also my wife does most of the driving so I don't really know. I used to own a E350 and I was getting 38,000km as well on the back wheels.

Thank you all for your replies.

We went into the dealer and drove them both back to back. As much as I loved the thought of a new car, with the new fancy interior after driving both I could not get over how great the C63 was to drive. Nothing wrong with the C350 either, however the C63 put the biggest smile on my face

In the end I purchased the C63. Go in on Monday to pick it up. Can hardly wait! This is going to be the longest weekend ever lol.

Congrats, the C63 is a great car, have had it for a 'test' drive and the smile begins when starting the car and dont stop

The price tag here in the Netherlands was the only thing that took my smile of my face

Great choice! Best of luck with it... Happy motoring...

PS: Did they ever give you the star print out on the engine, or were all values swept clean?

Whatever brand tires those were, don't buy any more. Not driving "lightly" I just replaced my Bridgestones at 56000km (converted from miles.)

Very true Petje.

I drove the C63 last weekend at Mercedes-Benz World, Brooklands for an hour - track and a bit of wet skid-pan driving, boy, I was willing to trade my car in instantly, had the part-exchange figure worked in my favour.

Brooklands is AMG heaven.

Worth visiting if you ever find yourself in the UK.

Good luck Karen, have lots of fun safely.

They were OEM Bridgestone Turanzas made in France . All 4 also developed large cracks in the outside tread. Absolute rubbish .
