Haha I'm from Canada too I'm also confused. I think it's because Canada only offers AMG sports package while in other country there is AMG, Sports, and ELEGANCE. She meant C180 with AMG package and C250 ELEGANCE package.

C250 without a doubt. You can always change the styling parts on the C250 after, I doubt you'd want to change the engine in the C180...

We have diff lines here:
Classic : without any options and with basic steel wheels
Avantgarde: with other fabric on the seats, Alu parts in the interior and 16" wheels, sports grille...
Elegance: without sports grille, without Alu parts.
Then you can order the AMG styling package on every line.
AMG wheels, AMG Side skirts, perforated discs etc.
So thats what he mean with the AMG.

In some countries the Sport package we get in North American, is listed as an AMG package. And no its not the engine. I have seen people drop AMG engines in none AMG cars. And this has been discussed million times over and over. When you get an AMG car you get the total package ( engine, trans, seats, styling, etc....)
