yes, if you go to the C63 forum and look under picture thread you'll see a couple very easy to do, but the tips you linked in won't work with our exhausts unless you do some major modification cause the Y pipe that connects the 2 tips together is centralized, and our exhausts are not. Other than that, all you would need is a C63 diffuser

 

its not major modification, you just need new mufflers.

 

Yeah, its not that difficult to do. I was looking to do this on my 2012, but I couldn't find any tips that were E63 styled for less then like $500-$600...

 

This would work much better (notice the difference on the y pipe)
