I was backed into by a semi tractor trailer truck twice in a row when I was at a complete stop. Both times I was pushed back several feet. $6,000 of damages was done to my car and my radiator was punctured. My airbags didn't deploy and my seat belt didn't tighten. I was wondering if it was because I was at a complete stop. Thanks

This is the wrong forum but yes, in that situation the airbag should not have deployed. It was not needed, it could have injured you rather than helping you and would have added significant costs to the repair.

I hit my head, it showed up on a CT scan. I just do not know what I hit it on. I blacked out during the second hit.
