My Benz...
Just picked up my first Benz yesterday.
2010 C350 with only 5k miles. And I have to say, I love it! Puts a smile on my face every time I get into it. Some quick crappy iphone pics.
Deleted the front plate bracket.

Well, the car has been on the lot(BMW dealer) for quite sometime. The salesman said the problem they had with selling it is that it's RWD. I live in upstate NY (hour north of NYC) so winters are rather rough. However I have an F350 for the snow so I actually was looking for something rwd. That and she said the owner(1 owner) wasa larger guy who didn't like feeling cramped towards the leg area, which I notice is a bit narrow. And considering the condition, not one scratch, dent, scuff, he obviously didn't drive it often. Better for me! I don't know to much about Mercedes, but I think I got a great deal!
And yes I am a current DSM guy I'm surprised you picked up on that, you must have been yourself?

MBWorld Fanatic!
There's not much that will do better than an F350 (maybe a Ram, but we don't need to start that "discussion" here! )
But, let's try and do away with the idea that the rear wheel drive C300 doesn't do quite well in the snow.....with the right tires. My rwd is my daily driver just outside Detroit, and with Blizzak WS tires on, it's always done well in the winter. The original tires on the C Class are dreadful, but when I changed the tires, it felt like a completely different car in the winter. So, if you don't feel like truckin' all the time, another set of tires will make your C more than ready for winter.
BTW, congrats on a great find....you got an essentially new car at used car pricing!
