This is my 1st Benz, 2010 C300 Sport(AMG PKG).I could not figure out what my paint feels gritty and I see a funny haze in the sunlight...well after inspecting the car a little more I discovered that the front bumper was painted by the mobile dealer paint guy,whom didn't cover the car ( Jackwaggon!!!). I brought it to a local body shop that wanted $250 to do a full clay treatment.well, after some youtube and MB forum research, I thought I could do it myself for free!!!! off to wal-mart, I found a clay kit for $18.99 but the box was opened and the spray bottle/cloth was missing, got it for $8 bucks POW!!! I used a windex bottle water and 1/2 cup of car wash soap. I fallowed the directions on the box and now the over spray is gone and the finish is so smooooth! Guys this was really easy, if you car is dark I recommend this DIY kit. It's by Meguiar's and its worth $18.99 (smooth surface clay kit)
