C300 BLACK
Wheel centre caps, suggestions please.

Just received delivery for,

BBS CH R replicas in matt black/silver lip.

Cosmetically, they look ace. Haven't got any scales, was amazed how light these are.

Can I please ask for suggestions for centre wheel caps.

Shall I go for,

Plain matt black caps (top of my list at the moment)
Black Mercedes caps
Black BBS caps
Red BBS caps.
Plain chrome caps (which I got with the wheels)

The car is black and I have already started stripping the chrome off the car.

Any comments/suggestions/pictures please.

I'd have to go with the black MB caps.

ebay always has many to chose from. Amazon and several other easily googled sites will have options as well. This ebay link has several you might like.

Red BBS gets my vote. Since it's a black car and you're starting to de-chrome, the splash of red will look good IMO. Just look at Loonie's car. Don't mind the lively discussion regarding the stance though... :-)

I just recently switched the black "Anniversary Edition" center caps on my OZ Racing wheels for the classic silver with red lettering and like the change.

BTW, the caps are diff sizes front-to-rear? Never saw that before...

Thanks c300.
I had a look through the whole lot. Can't seem to find 70mm Mercedes black caps? All seem to sell 75mm which is the OEM spec.

I have seen pics of loonies car. The stance is amazing. I also like the red BBS caps he has on. It's not too much as its a good blend with the rear lights which are red.

Love the OZ racing wheels, I stayed away from them because it would be a nightmare to clean every spoke. Other then that,

Be careful with ebay/amazon centre caps. I bought a set from Amazon recently and they were too tight a fit and didnt want to spoil the refurbed alloys by forcing them in. Ended up buying MB ones instead which fitted perfectly.

Btw I`d go with the black MB ones.

Thanks for the compliment guys

I was going to get them here but ended up buying them from the same place I got my wheels. They don't carry bbs ch-r ones so I can't recommend the place I got mines.

Here's the link to site I know sells some. They don't match your 65mm so you might need to double check the size of your caps before purchasing.

My bad, was pure guessing they were the multispokes.

Not seen those oz alloys before. Very nice. 5 spoke look so aggressive.
