Locking Doors with Remote and Headlamps
An odd question, but hoping someone can answer and save me a trip.
I have a 2011 C300 4MATIC (US). My wife was rushing to the airport to catch a flight and believes she left the headlamps in the "on" position. Not the A position, but ON. However, she locked the doors using the remote.
The car is new to us, so I was wondering if anyone with a 2011 C300 could validate that the lights will be turned off when I lock the car with the remote. I've had other vehicles that do this, but didn't know what the benz does in this situation. Note: The lights were not in the parking mode, just ON. My hope is that I don't have to take a trip to the airport and revive the battery.
Thanks for the help.

Lucky for you, you'll be seeing your wife as soon as she gets off the plane. No sarcasm at all. It's just nice to see your loved ones when they get back from their trip. Headlights stay on as long as they're in the "on" position.
