I just discovered another mind-boggling thing on my c-class today and it looks like all of the interior door panels have melted where the LED ambient lights are (above the inside cavity of the door pulls)

If your trim is bending you will see a lot of light coming out off the gap.
Check your cars and see if you have it as I didn't see it till I detalied the door panels and was on my knees. You can also rub your fingers underneath it and you should not feel any bend there. If you find a bend head to the dealer and get it checked out.

That's actually a gasket peeping out there. My 2008 C300's door panel also developed the same thing a year or so ago. And, since I have beige leather it's much more noticeable since the material showing is black. I had forgotten all about this but I think you can push it back where it belongs with a small flat screwdriver or something similar.
