In the owners manual it's called the audio/comand controller. In parts catalogs it's referred to as the Center Console switch. Most know it as the control knob. For alot of MB owners, at some point it seems it's going to stop scrolling. I've seen boards where the cause seems to be from liquid. My advice MB? How about not putting it right next to the drinks holder? Anyway, It seems I need to replace mine and looking to see if I can avoid a shellacking from the dealer and order one myself. The switch I have has an arrow, not the word "back" on it. I have a picture with a PN on it, but that number only directs me to Russian sites. I do not want to order it from Russia. Any help would be appreciated. Sometimes there is a German site, but is there really no way to get it out from the U.S.? At least the UK
