Backing plate questions

Backing plate questions
I have a 2009 c300 luxury and i was about to buy parts to replace the brake pads and rotors all around. Do i need to order new backing plates as well? Im not familiar with these parts and I dont know if these have to be replaced as well. I didnt find to much on them by searching. Thanks for ur help
