Sunroof issue please help
2011 c300.
My sunroof is stuck in the tilt up position. The one touch button will not move the sunroof at all. It is stuck. When i try use the button... i here a a few clicks and that is it. I tried to recalibrate it but that didnt help.

You may have something physically stuck in the rails/gears, preventing it from closing. Or the mechanism just went bonkers. It happened to ours. Luckily I was on my way to the dealer, so they took care of it by resetting one of the computers.
