i need help upon deleting all the saved phone numbers that the previous owner had and how to put my contact list in there. also how do you save music on the the 4gb hard drive. thanks. please help.

Just go to system and look at "system reset" that will wipe out all custom info on the command and will be fresh out from the factory. Contacts list porting is depended on your phone but try enabling vcard on the command under phone setting and send all your contacts via bluetooth. You need the CDs to rip music ob the command. All this info are on your manual so start reading it and dont be lazy like the rest of us haha.
