W203 slightly modified
There are 2 important parts.
- steering spiral has to be compatible.
- programming the transmission takes place after the option code is added to your vehicle datacard.
The dealer must instruct the software to add option code 428 to your car and then after it has been accepted they must replace the spiral and then also flash the transmission software.
It should work provided that your main component in the steering wheel is year compatible to your car.
