AUX or Bluetooth Audio Connections

Hi,

I'm renting a C300 for a few days, believe it's 2012, but no manual in it.

Anyway, just trying to get either bluetooth or aux audio going (USB works, but "meh").

Bluetooth:

I've read the MB PDFs on pairing bluetooth, but when I go into tel and then try to start pairing, I can't select "phone". I see it down there, but just keep ending up at "Name 0 1 2 3 4 . . ." menu. Pressing the jog wheel just says "no address book found" and . . back to square one.

Bluetooth under the audio menu says "connect last phone", but hitting that the search finds nothing, and my Droid RAZR doesn't see MB bluetooth advertising itself either.

Aux:

There's an aux jack in the center console, next to the USB port, but no "aux" option on the COMAND menu anywhere that I can find. Checked Disc, Audio, etc - only see a cd icon, "bluetooth", and "USB".

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I'm not too familiar with the newer command systems, but I'm sure there is still the engineering mode that you can go in to in order to enable the aux option. Do a search on here for that and you should find what you need to enable it.

Good luck!

Push the CD button on the dash, the CD menu should appear with Aux selectable through the center console control knob.
