Is the dealer required to give full service records on car?
I bought my vehicle used from non mercedes dealer and the vehicle was purchased new from our local Mercedes dealer. Is it required for the dealer required to provide me with all the service records upon request? What is the name for this record (I know its a three letter acronym). Do you have to pay for the records?

Not really. If you asked that to be part of the deal then yes. If you buy it on a mb dealer as a CPO it is mandatory for them to provide you one plus a carfax.
