Hello MBW!

It's safe to say that I am a proud owner of a second-hand C250 CGI BlueEfficiency Avantgarde!

The car's running like a hidden dragon and very spunky, but I'm already looking ahead on what to change or upgrade, aesthetically and performance wise...but I do not really know where to start. I'm not a car jockey though, so some simple upgrades would be great. I like DIY-ing, but for cars I haven't got a clue really.

Do the stock lights come as non LEDs? Seems like everyone's changing them into LEDs, but I'm not sure why...? Longer lasting and brightness I believe?

I've seen some aftermarket Plug n Play ECUs as well, worth to have? Haven't gone deeper into researching which brand though...

Any other minor improvements I could do besides the LEDs/ECUs? Also looking for a rear + side skirt kit and possibly changing my steering wheel to the facelifted Mercedes (mine does not have the 3-spoke w/ chrome finish on the middle spoke, which I really like).

Been also playing around with the COMAND APS, and still lost...would like to upgrade the maps, but most maps are for Europe or USA. And I am from South East Asia fyi.

Don't worry mine's stock as well, although I am already looking to replace all my lights to LED, and lowering the suspension, replace the ECU with an aftermarket one, and probably change my rear bumper to a different one that accommodates 2 muzzled exhaust :P.

I like the look of the Pano-view roofs...maybe I might get that one after my salary kicks in again lol

im thinking abt ecu for months...
just order from AZN optic 5000k led for eyeled.
currently my led is from accessories shop.
doubt its quality although it looks bright enough so far.
im thinking of front bumper from C300 4matic with daylight.
As it looks more sporty ,any idea where to get?
And also im been looking into Ecutech or maybe Vath .

Oh yeah...of course. The shop I mentioned earlier has Kleemanns ECUs. I haven't visited them yet though...lol

Your LED looks great. The car looks great too Your bumper looks good already though haha. Got my daylight running too. Malaysia's quite hard to find MB aftermarket parts/things though...

How about illuminated door-sills? Those look amazing.

I don't like my steering wheels that much though...have you seen the 2012 facelifts? The steering wheels look amazing! That's probably what I need to get too...lol

i tested both and found c250 more like my style and i just took it home.
