I'm interested in plasti dipping my entire car matte white. I have a black c300. This would be "professionally" done by a dipyourcar.com installer, and... The car is leased. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't take the risk. I've heard some pretty bad stories like the cars paint peeling off with the plastidipped when removed. Especially since it's only a lease.

Like aamirani said, I wouldn't take the risk, especially if it is a lease. It has been known to sometimes eat a little bit through the clear coat. Plasti dip is fine for small exterior things like grilles or chrome emblems, but leaving it on your cars paint for an extended period of time would not be the best idea. Just my opinion though. I do know some who have done whole cars and they do look quite good in person if done properly.

Assuming its with their gallon sized jugs. The plasti-dip has paint thinner in it. They won't be painting straight from spray cans. I'm not telling you to do it, just saying what I know.

I wanted to so this myself in matte white as well but unfortunately you can't buy this for Californians because of restrictions. Never heard of anything bad about it peeling off clear coat. Research some more before you do it but like others said. The biggest reason I wouldn't do it is because you have a lease.
