Help needed for missing rear wheel spoiler/flap

Help needed for missing rear wheel spoiler/flap
I just noticed that my passenger side rear wheel fender liner was pulled out a bit on the lower front edge. While I was tucking it back in, I realized the little rubber spoiler/flap was missing. It does't seem that the area has any damage and I certainly don't recall hitting or running over anything that may have caused this.
Does anyone know what this flap is officially called and its part number if i'm lucky?
Is it an aero aide of some sort?
Any ideas on how to reinstall one? The other side looks to be secured with one fastner and maybe glue or a hidden fastner for the remainder??

Thanks for the link Domm.
I used the site to find the rear quarter panel but couldn't find the part in the diagrams. They do have a "lower extension pad" listed(which sounds like a good name for it) but it doesn't look to be the correct part on the diagram.
The part looks basically like a mud flap for the rear wheel that is placed in front, instead of behind the wheel.

Turns out the rubber flap is part of the fender liner and not sold seperately. Not really keen on spending $180 plus labor or and hour or two of my time to replace a little rubber flap.
Since I don't want road debris being flipped up onto my belly pan through the existing gap, I will see if I can find an old mud flap or peice of rubber that I can cut up and try making one myself.
