brake rotors and pads change?

brake rotors and pads change?
Hello,

has anyone changed their OEM brake rotors and pads to aftermarket replacement rotors and pads such as power slot or brembo?

Im thinking of change the OEM rotors with drilled powerslot rotors, any thoughts??? Should I also replace the pads as well?

What are you trying to accomplish?

I changed all pads to Akebono EUR to have quiet, dustless braking with no loss of performance. I achieved that objective with stock rotors.
