question of quad exhaust conversion
Has anybody done this before?
Is there a full cat back aftermarket system that doesn't require any cutting and welding and don't really need to add any new mounting points?
Would a c63 quad exhaust fit a regular c class?
And would the c63 diffuser fit a regular c class?

If its a full exhaust system definitely cost a bomb
unless you willing to spent the money.
you can have a better reference from some guys here
Petje or jctevere they did some nice exhaust setup for their ride.
as for the diffuser i think might fit if you have the sport model.

yes I have the sport model. So I guess I can just get any aftermarket cat back exhaust system made for c63 and a regular or c63 aftermarket rear diffuser then? Would there be any error codes?

its more safe and error free to get a reputable manufactured high flow cat & down pipe if you wish to change it.
a great improvement can be seen if you change the down pipe + high flow cat but that's not going to be cheap
i was quoted by kleemann for 1800 usd for that.
