Tail light Connector/ Dealer screwed up

Tail light Connector/ Dealer screwed up
Hey all.
Few things,
Took car in for the common tail light connector melting, no problem, car is cpo.
In the possession of the dealership after the repair, the vehicle wouldn't start. It was in the shop for a week, gladly i had a loaner.
The notes as to why it wouldn't start are as follows "Found instrument cluster grounding interior can system" what does that mean?
While preforming electrical tests front pre fuse box blew.
They changed instrument cluster and front pre fuse box.
So what exactly happened? the SA had no idea. DERP
Should i be worried about anything? safety wise? Would this cause any future problems.
Any help is appreciated.
