Screen question

Is it possible to fit the ntg4 screen with audio 20 without having to do the whole command and navi. just looking to get a bigger screen

Oops, I misread. I don't think it's possible. Because if you want to flip up screen then you need to change the vent to cool the screen etc etc it's just too much work and the screen itself cost about half of the NTG4 unit.

I don’t think you can. But all you need to add the big screen is the command unit, screen, gps antenna, and you will need to mod one cable. I never installed the vent and my screen and it works fine. If I have time today I will test and see if the audio 20 will work with the ntg4 screen.

Oh really? I heard it will overheat your screen if you don't have it.

and don't quote me if you're going to mess with my sentence

I live in Houston and in the summer my car is always over 100 F degrees and I have used the screen with no problems

How is that misinformation? I'm using the information I got from command online and mercedes navigation. I've got a email confirmation from both companies that I do need a new vent for NTG4 installation.

http://www.commandonline.co.uk/W204-...and-Drive.html
"It consists of the new air vent, "

http://www.mercedesnavigation.co.uk/...&product_id=69
"New Dash Vent"

caligreenzzz, if you don't want to be held responsible for possible overheating damage then just shut it please

He is responsible for his own action.

Also, I see that you're done bragging about your OEM tail lights, and side mirror, now carry on.

Don't listen to caligreenzzz his an infamous forum troll.
