VMI Damage Question - Pre delivery (PDI). What is that?

I'm about to buy a 2012 with 10k miles on it and the VMI I received is clean except for one entry which reads:

21852

Pre Delivery Dealer (PDI) Spec

I believe that stands for Pre delivery inspection and it says the repair was done on X date and under 03 Warranty 0001.

I'm not aware of any damage to the car and I've seen this on other VMIs. This is the only item listed. Anyone know? It says it was done when the car had 1 mile. Doesn't appear to be real damage but wasn't sure.
