Just letting my fellow member on here know that I traded my car in and have a few things left that I'm will to sell for cheap. Factory springs, owners manual, and my spare key. All these are from a 2008 C300 sport. Springs have around 30,000 miles on them. Let me know.

Spare is perfect never used it. And I'm not sure but I believe all you would have to do is goto the local MB dealer and have them sync it you your car.

The mini key that pops out will not work with your car door but they just need to sync the IR part from what I have been told

i was told keys are generated somewhere else and not at local dealers
they need to be ordered when you show proof of ownership and ID.

There are "blanks" on ebay that I wanted to buy but I was told I couldnt just get them to program it. I have an 2008, I wanted the newer style with the separated buttons

I had a faulty key replaced under warranty when I first got my car as it wasn't opening the trunk remotely. The MB dealer could not fix this or program one on their own and had to special order the key directly from MB. The warranty claim came to $400.
