Command update for 2011 C300 4Matic?
Hey MB owners - I just recently bought a 2011 C300 4matic and I need to learn how to update the nav system, anyone recently did it? Do you load the new DVD software in the same slot as the CD player? any website online where i might find it?

2011 C300 Command update
What is the latest version update for the Command and Nav system in the 2011 C300?
I just purchased this vehicle last week and a lot of the roads in my area are not showing up in the nav.

Also keep in mind, there are actually two different updates: system update and map update. Sometimes the system needs to be updated first before a newer map version can be installed. I'm not sure if the map DVD also includes a system update. Sometimes you have to take the car to the dealer to have them do the system update before it'll let you install the most recent maps.

I bought the Nav map update for my 2011 C300 last month, but traded in my C300 for an E350 before I was able to do the upgrade. I don't know if a new version is out yet or not. My dealer said they release a new disc each September (not sure how accurate that is...my dealer has been wrong about stuff before). Anyway, I am looking to sell mine for $150. I posted it in the Classified forums on here under Classifieds-->Mobile Electronics and Lighting. Here are the details of my copy if anyone is interested:
Navigation DVD for COMAND
Digital Road Map for the US and Canada 2013.1
C-Class (MY08-11)
GLK (MY10-12)
SLS AMG (My11-13)
Has original DVD case with both (two) DVD's. MB part numbers on case are:
BQ 6 46 0299
A204 827 01 65
Version 2013.1
