New K&N oil filter
I ordered the K&N HP-7004 filter from amazon, but i received the PS-7004 and they told me that this is the new filter for HP7004 which replaces HP7004. Will it fit ?

The HP-7004 in the first picture is an OE Mann & Hummel filter element (fleece) filter. Made in Germany. All K&N did was brand it with their logo. The PS7004 you got is a cheap junk knock off.
My guess is - either m&h said no to the rebranding of their OE filter and stopped supplying K&N, or, in the interest of cost - K&N desourced the OE unit and found a low cost junk to improve margin. The OP doesn't mention it - but I'm guessing the cost was the same.
The OE filter is the fleece element - available from tons of outlets and very reasonably priced. You're absolutely wasting your time with anything else. The paper filter elements in anything but the OE is garbage, won't hold up to the extended oil change lengths, and MB won't even consider your warranty once that junk element is discovered.
