Battery Replacement

Just curious if there is a common consensus on the best battery for the best price for the W204. I like original equipment, but I definitely would prefer to get a wear item for cheaper from a third party manufacturer. Plus the battery is covered in the engine bay anyway.

Battery should be a Absorbed Glass Matt AGM type of the correct amp hour storage. Federal or Varta are the batteries available here in Aus. They usually last 8 -10 years so are value for money.

Aaahhh....!!! A battery that last for 8-10 years, i could buy that one anytime! We hardly have after market batteries that last more than 3 years! Only the original(factory fitted) batterirs last 3-4 years this side of the world.
