Getting hid kit from retrofit source, do i need to order extra bulbs?

I am planning on ordering a hid kit from retrofit source ( http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...oducts_id=3893 ). Do i need to order extra bulbs for the light next to the low beam (not the high beam)
