No doubt they are, but there is only so much that can be done with these engines if you do not want to push the limits. Do not think there is a huge difference between the Kleeman and EC tunes - I saw maps... I had couple people from the list above contacting me on the tune and, price per value, I recommended Mike from EC as I mostly provide SpeedRiven tune on something like V12.
I do all upgrades for EC in Toronto and EC stuff is not perfect... But when it comes to ECU tune on these engines, they are pretty good and for the guys on this list will call Mike personally and sure you will get a good deal. You may mention Accel and my name to him yourself if you want - pretty sure he will do what he can !

Realistically an increase of 10% to 12%. Perhaps more effective is replacing the valve bodies and a remapped TCU for the 7G which can give another second faster 0 to 60 MPH.

I was talking strictly ECU tune. 10% is not much compared to TT or Supercharged engines. Even with all the other upgrades you get 15-17% max. Compare to 25-28% on TT V12s with just ECU tune...

It's quite pricey at EUR 995 and it looks like Oakride Auto Serivce (http://oakridgeauto.com/website/) is the only place that does it.

Not sure how they compare.

As for the two flashes I to think the EC option is better. I've heard nothing but positive about mike and eurocharged and from what I can tell he has access to a wide range of programs for a lot if vehicles. Def the best option for this group buy

I have a 2012 C300 4matic sedan. Few questions for you guys:

- Whats the price for the tune?
- Any affect on the warranty?
- Theoretical Gains?

No group price yet. Depends on the car. No effect on warrenty with this flash, I'm still under warrenty too? And as said above maybe 10% gain on hp and torque. Better throttle response and fuel economy.

For the C300, Kleemann claims a 25 HP increase and 30 lb-feet of additional torque. Also removes the limiter. Too bad no tuner offers a supercharger package offering 6 - 7 psi boost, which is about the limit that the M272 can take before an expensive rebuild is needed in order to lower compression, as a turbo would normally require.

Yes.. Kleemann is a great company, however the advantage of using Eurocharged is that they are local and DO NOT need the ECU to be shipped (for most cars) un-like Oakridge Auto that needs to ship out all ECU's to Kleeman.. that is why we at the dealer use Mike and Eurocharged
