Plasti Dip Lower Front Fascia on '09
So, as my obsession with plasti dip grows due to its ability to provide quick and reversible results I took on blacking out the lower front fascia on my '09. For facelifted models this is much easier but I think I was able to do a "decent" job. It's not perfect and I will likely redo it eventually but for now, I am liking the look, especially with my recently dipped grill and star.

Looks good.
I'm not sure about the white painted star. It doesn't look quite right.
I would keep it chrome or you could plasti-dip that as well.

The star is plasti dipped. I used white plasti dip which is a bit brighter than the arctic white paint on the car. I may keep the white star and white out the chrome strips to match, or leave the white star and black out the chrome strips. Or I can simply peel the dip off of the star and have it and the strips chrome as they were originally.
