c250 hd radio cuts off, but not completely
Hello everyone,
I just purchased a 2013 c250 sport sedan. While driving today, the radio cut off when i was switching stations via the knob...when i switched stations, the radio would play for about 2 seconds and then fade to nothing. This happens every time i changed to another station. I checked all the the portals, ie. CD, Ipod, bluetooth, and everything worked fine. Its just the HD radio. I had to turn the engine off and restart. Things seem to be working fine now, but is something defective? do i need to make a service appointment? any answers or comments will be much appreciated.

C300 Sport
The same thing is happening to my 2012 C300 and it is in the shop as we speak. Very intermittent however so hard to diagnose. The shop foreman is taking the car home to see if he can get it to happen
