Help on wheel fitmen

I'm as new as can be at this stuff but... just bought an 08 c350 the other day and the wheels that came with it were a little curbed.

I found these wheels on craigslist and wanted to know if these would fit.

If there's a Dummies guide to wheel fitment, I would highly appreciate you linking it to me.

Thanks!

mmm, the offset for your car should be about mid 40s. the rims you've referenced
in the ad identifies them to be 17-20 which means it will protrude out of the
wheel well. that's fine until you try to lower it, or hit a bump while driving and
the wheel arch will scrape the hell out of the tire.

but i own a w210 so I"ll defer to others who drive 204 to opine with more first-
hand experience. niiice looking bbs rims though
