i have a 2010 mb c300 that has 20k had a problem with my trans with a hard down shift from 4th to 3rd went to the dealer got a NEW trans 3 day after problem back same thing my car has been at the dealer for day and days and days they tell me they cant do anything now. went back not to long ago to see what they can do now with it slipping and same problem hard down shift and i mean the car falls on its face and then picks back up so now they have mb from germany involved. is there anything i can do to get this taking care of. bc im getting tired going back and forth to the dealer and nothing is getting done i dont even really drive the car anymore bc it shifts like crap. so if anyone has any thing to say that can help please feel free..

Yeah my car is still under manufacturer warranty. It seams like there trying to hold off until my warranty is up. I called them today they told me they might have an answer for me on Wednesday but will see how that goes in not I guess ima have to push the lemon law thanks for the info
