What an amazing awesome and innovative mod! I was skeptical of the fitment of the W204 diffuser with the E63 tips, but it looks really nice!
Can you please take some undercarriage pictures of how the tips are connected to the muffler? Is each tip separate or do the tips come as a "Y" or "H"?
Do you also have the part # for the tips?

There are from cell phone pics. so they're not quality but this is what i did today.
Labor:
50$ for diffuser install.
$217 (tax included) for pipe extender, install 2 magnaflow mufflers, and 2 exhaust tips
I wanted the exhaust tips to be right on the diffuser but the guy who installed my tips (extremely cool guy) said 1 inch/1 finger rule. he could just barely fit 1 finger in between diffuser/tip

I saw both Y and h setups on ebay. Did you buy the Y setup because of your aftermarket muffler? I would imagine I would need the h setup for it to work with my C63 diffuser and stock muffler.

Yes the y ones will be tough for your stock mufflers since you cant move them. I don't know bout H but i know Y will be hard for you. They have to give my mufflers a lil tilt to fit. Like a \ /

I would recommend getting the diffuser from dealer. It's a lil bit more expensive but you get peace of mind. I was sweating bullets that my ebay "oem" diffuser was good
