I have this a bit also at 16k miles. I suspect it has something to do with the nature of the 4MATIC system, or AWD in general.

My 2004 Audi Quattro did this and it was annoying. My wifes's 2011 C300 4matic does it also but it sn't anywhere near as bad as the Audi. It is caused by both axles having applied to them, the service rep can probably explain it. Nothing wrong, jst the nature or AWD.
