Extended warranties, Who is it with and 1 to 10 how would you rate them?

Extended warranties, Who is it with and 1 to 10 how would you rate them?
I'm thinking I should purchase an extended warranty for my 2010 c3 4matic I'm at 46k.You guys have any recommendations?

I got the deluxe warranty package and that covers power train, transmission, A/C and electrical. Just make sure you talk them down on the price, the extended warrantys are way overpriced.

I got the MB extended warranty for $2300 and can pay it over the next 18 months. Covers to 7 years 135,000 miles. Mechanical Electrical. Not sure how it rates as I'm still in the 4/50,000 original warranty. But they tell me the only difference is the normal wear and tear things that could happen are harder to get covered. But everything else is the same.
I added it when I purchased my MB which was a CPO so I am not sure how it is for other cars. Oh and MB does the work
