Do you guys put anything in your gas tank to clean your engine

Not necessary if you use a Top Tier gasoline. Otherwise, Chevron's Techron is recommended by MB. You can buy it on Amazon. Follow the bottle directions carefully, starting with as empty a tank as possible and only adding 10-11 gallons of gasoline. No more than twice between oil changes. But, always using a high quality gasoline is easier and provides continuous cleaning.

Yes, Techron is the one to use if needed. But, I've found it's easier, more economical, and yields the same results just to stick to Top Tier gasolines.
