A little help on tires please.

c300 sport rwd, currently have the contis, 245-40-17, 225-45-17, Question is, can you go wider in the back as well as in the front? Also thinking about the Michelin Pilot sports A/S plus. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Michelin's are a must, you will love them. I have them on my '11 C200 4M! Same staggered setup. Looking to move to AMG 18's.

S212 2011 Wagon and Wife's 2014 C350 sedan.
I would not go wider than your stock size.
Excellent tires. When I took delivery of my new 2011 E350 Wagon I drove from dealer to Discount Tire and put the Michelin Pilot Sport AS Plus on. After 45,000 miles I replaced them with a new set.
Great for Minnesota winters and are very quiet.

Thanks I will check there. What about going with larger tires? Not much larger just a little. .5in to 1in
