No. It's Steel Gray or known as Tenorite in EU. Palladium is a bit lighter without the blueish shade in it.

Another round of ICE
Here is the comparison of Steel to Palladium, both under the beautiful Michigan sun! Mine is on style 810 wheels from Powerwheels Pro.

can someone tell me the tire size for the 19s at 8.5, 823s? i have a 2011 c300 4matic so i want to run them same size on all 4 tires so i wont be doing stagger. but prior to buying these rims i need to know the tire size and make sure my car wont look weird with these bigger rims as my current tires are 225/45R17 on the front and 245/40R17 on the back

I ordered these from Vassili at PowerWheels Pro and put them on my 2009 C300 this weekend. I ordered the staggered 18" 818s w/ Continental DWS tires. Fantastic service from Vassili and the wheels fit perfect. Very happy with the purchase ... and the look.

dharvey65, do you have any more shots of your new 818 setup?

Thanks for the additional pictures. It almost looks like there's a gap between the rear fender and wheel. Is that just the camera angle? What tire size are you using on them?

Sorry for all the questions, I am trying to decide between the 818 18" staggered/non or the 19" 818s (which only come non-staggered) :/

If you're on the fence...why not just get the 823 on 19's staggered.

I kept the 17s on the car, so there is a gap. I wanted to keep the ride quality of the 17s (I drive in DC and Suitland MD everyday and the roads are crap). I probably won't lower it though; I'm done with mods. Go with the larger rims. At least 18s staggered. I wish I did, but I didn't want to spend the extra $$$ on tires...Lucky I didn't...Got my furlough notice today :-(

There is some gap between the rear fender and the wheel - around 1" inch at the top of the tire and close to 2" on each side. Personally I wouldn't want it any tighter than that.

As for tire size - I put 225/40R18s on the front and 255/35R18s on the rear. I believe that's the factory size for 18" wheels. My preference was to only upgrade to the largest factory option - didn't want anything bigger.

FYI - I also looked at the 823s but really preferred the look of the angled lines on the 818s.

Thanks for the questions!

Seraphim, you can run 225/35/19 on your car all the way around. Tirerack.com is an excellent source as you can put in your car and it tells you the correct sizes as well as the upsizing options.

dharvey65 thank you for sharing the photos and for the kind words, your car looks a million times better with the new wheels. The gun machined face look just makes it look sportier and classier!

Wow. I think you just convinced me to get these rims! Can I ask for specifics on your setup? 18" staggered? What tire sizes? And what tires are they

Awesome setup!

Check the boxes for little AMG plaques with tape on the back. If they're not there, message Vassili and ask him.

Already checked...no plaques....but I'm thinking I might skip that step altogether. I plan to keep these wheel as long as possible (7-10 years projected) so I'm thinking stickered plaques may not last as long, so I might as well leave it off.

itzweber, thank you for sharing the pics, your car looks awesome!
The sharp angle on the spoke I think breaks the fluid curves of the car forcing the eye to focus on the wheels.
Regarding the logos, we typically make sure we don't miss these things, if you still have the boxes and packaging material please double check them. If you can't find them we will send you a set on Monday.

Thank you,

Tires look stretched and rims are vulnerable to curb rash! Would you know if 235x40 front & 265x35 rear would rub on stock suspension?

Don't know about the front...but initial search of threads show 265/35 will rub in the rear unless you have a 47 offset.

Regards,
Any plans to have Reps of the new AMG 507 wheels in stock anytime soon.

Would be nice to have it in 18s and 19s. Giovanna currently offers it in 20s only.
