Wheres the best place to get the service packs done besides dealerships.
Oil Change etc ?

Simple Oil change ... Do myself .... other than that need to stick with the dealership as they maintain maintenance history for you and would be needed for warranty service, or if you decide to sell back to the dealer and they can CPO the car for the next person.

hit up benzworks in huntington beach.. much cheaper than the dealerships. seems like most benz owners in OC and a few from LA and even SD take their cars to him for everything

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I have understood it is, that as long as you keep receipts and log of the work you are doing yourself or at an indy shop and use OEM parts, there should be no issues with warranties.

And not sure why one should be concerned whether a dealer you sell/trade your car to can CPO it or not? Highly doubt that has any impact on the price you get from them.
