Services list
Hi!!
I drive a w204 c220 2008 manual trans.
I have searched the forum but with no luck.
Can anyone give me or know what is the full service list for maintenance a w204, with the corresponding mileage?!
That includes oil motor change, air filters, etc...
Thanks!!

I have searched for it on manuals or booklets but with no luck...
In some posts, there are information about it, but there isnt a post with the full information about the maintenance with the mileage of a w204...
For the manual or the auto trans...
Can you help me?!
I am looking for the maintenance service list with the mileage (since kilometer 0 to infinite...). That includes oil change, filters, etc... Etc...
Thanks!!

So i have compiled and made a shortlist for maintenance a W204, more exactly my car, that is a W204 C220 ´08 Diesel Manual Trans, that has a OM646 engine.
So, from i understand, the list is:
* Oil and Oil Filter at every 10000 miles
* Check engine poly-V-belt condition at every 10000 miles
* Change brakes fluid at every 20000 miles
* Check, clean and lubricate panoramic roof mechanism at every 10000 miles
* Replace spark plugs at every 80000 miles
* Replace coolant at every 150000 miles
* Replace combination or dust filter ate every 20000 miles
* Replace air filter ate every 40000 miles
And check other things i know...
But i have a doubt about one thing: the fuel filter. The manual states that the fuel filter must be changed at every 150000 miles. After that states that for Diesel it must be changed at every 20000 miles. Why the big difference?! It must really be changed ate every 20000 miles?!
So, what do you thing about this maintenance list?! Too short to change something?! What is the best to do?!
And about the fuel filter?!
Thanks!

That is because diesel fuel has more particulates and is less refined than unleaded, so gasoline fuel filter does not need to be changed that quickly.

Hi!!
Thanks for the answer...
Does anyone know how many miles till we change the poly-v-belt?! What its the frequency to change that?! I drive a w204 c220 diesel...
Also, i just need to change the belt or its better to change something else too, like the tensioner?!
Thanks!!

Does anyone knows the schedule to change the rear diferential oil and the transmission oil?
For what someone told me, for real diferential and manual transmission, its at 36000 miles interval.
Thanks!!
