I got a cheap OBDII Bluetooth for $20 off ebay. I hear sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I guess it's just luck but that's the risk you take with something so cheap. Mine works fine though.

Do you have to manually connect research and connect Bluetooth or it does automatically once the car is on?

Plug in the OBDII Bluetooth adapter into the port, open up the app on the spare Android phone, and then it connects to GPS and the Adapter automatically. From there you just tap on gauges and it shows you everything.
