I've finally got some quotes on some cores for those of you who want a set of trim manufactured but do not want to send in your trim.
The core deposit would be paid in addition to the price for the carbon fiber trim. Then after you installed your carbon fiber parts, you could return your original aluminum or wood trim back to us, and the deposit would be refunded to you.
Core deposit pricing looks like it ranges from about $800 to $1300, depending on which W204 you have and how many pieces you want.

Do you have forum or other contact info for the owner of the car in the original photos posted? Seems their cup holder aluminum ring was changed to a low sheen / matte silver and stripped of the aluminum I am curious how this was achieved if anyone know's products used to achieve this I'd appreciate it.

Long time no updates, but I'm still looking for W204 owners who want sets made, particularly those who want some more custom pieces. We've got a lot of new colored fabrics in as well as some black ones with cool weaves.
I'd really like to find a few people who'd like to go the custom route so I can get some more installed pictures of the custom fabrics we offer, along with some of the more custom pieces. I'm willing to give some discounts to those who are willing to be a little more adventurous.
If you see anything you want or have any ideas and want more info, feel free to shoot me an email at matt@ocarbon.com and we can discuss your options.
A few recent pics of custom pieces we've done.
This is a 2x2 twill fabric with threads of reflective red running through it (it's also available in copper, gold, silver, blue and green). The pics don't do it justice:
We've also been doing quite a few standard colored kevlar sets, like these few in red, yellow, and orange:
Aluminum coated fiberglass too:
Some non-traditional black weaves as well:
Keep in mind we can also do things like mirror caps, door sills, center caps for wheels, you name it:

I've got a custom 204 set done in a yellow carbon/kevlar set that's in the works and almost done. More pics soon after these get sanded down and the excess fabric gets trimmed off:
