Update on EIS failure-Not the EIS
Remember the dealer told me they replaced the EIS module, therefore all the time it took and drama to get it working again(Car left me stranded without warning.)
After I insisted on account/tax invoices, I discovered they actually replaced the ...steering lock.... at a fraction of the cost of EIS. No trace of EIS whatsoever on account.
This actually make sense because I observed the "whirr-sound) when key is inserted was missing.
