I have a 2012 C350 with the leather option. What parts of the interior are leather other than the front and rear seats? Are the door arm rests leather? Center console?

Also, is there anything that needs be done to care for the sport steering wheel? That is probably the best steering wheel I have ever used, and I would like to keep it looking as good as it does now.
