no power from cigerette lighter outlet

how can i fix this? is it just a fuse or something?

the fuse is mounted on the rear SAM module in the boot. Replace it and you should be ok

Yes this is a very common problem.
Pop in a new fuse and you should be okay!

Happened to me also. Twice. Dealer said faulty or cheap phone charger is to blame. As someone else said it's just a fuse located in trunk.
