Annoying Squeal at Low Speed
I borrowed these videos from a member of the BenzWorld forum. My 2012 C300 4Matic Sport makes the exact same squeal at low speed. Could it be the brakes? I get the squeal without applying the brakes and it is mainly noticeable at low speeds like coasting through a parking garage. The car has about 24,000 miles and I don't believe it has had a brake job yet. Could it be a bearing? Maybe the drive shaft?

Brake pads need copper grease on the back side.
